TabTrade - What Traders Should Know

Tab Trade - What It IsTabTrade went live in March 2026. Trading platform incorporated in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. That last detail matters. It means the leadership is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. But more reassuring than someone with no brokerage experience.TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.Market coverage: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, the breadth is solid.PlatformsYou get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from the same login. Most brokers only give you one or the other. Having both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, huge user base. If you know MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Many people like it better than MT5 after using both.Direct FIX connectivity is available for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly in the works. That should be a good addition once it is live.Accounts and PricingThree tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Easy to track. No minimum deposit. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.Edge. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can sit under half a pip. That is good for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. This broker requires zero deposit.VIP account. $25,000 deposit required. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, negotiated fees. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.InfrastructureThe execution is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers operate at a much wider range.Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you trade higher timeframes, it matters less. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That says something about priorities.Combine that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and the total package holds up. Not many platforms in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.RegulationThis is the detail that requires honesty. TabTrade is licensed by the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No FCA. No fund protection scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in proper execution infrastructure. None of this make it safe. It should inform how you think about it.The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off makes sense is your call.Welcome OfferTab Trade has bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You put money in, the broker add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: turnover conditions before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before you commit. The complete breakdown, including regulation, withdrawals, pricing, and the bonus terms, is at click here TradeTheDay.
